2008

Ok so the new year has begun. And w/ every new year - I start over on my weight loss. The holidays always require weight gain (cookies, candies, cakes). This week (wed-Friday) these are my goals!

1) Food Goal:
A) Don't eat after 8:00 pm
B) Limit sweets (cake, candy, cookies) to one time
C) Don't eat unless hungry and stop eating when full

2) Exercise Goal (at least three more time)
A) go to boot camp one more time this week
B) go to gym one time and walk run for at least 30 min
C) do the biggeest looser work out video at least once

3) water goal (at least 64 oz. a day)
A) spread out the 64 oz throughout the day
B) Try not to drink more than 70 oz.
